More about Per
Per is the working Chairman of the Board and our Chief Investment Officer. Per is responsible for the overall strategy of the business and has discretion for all investment decisions. He is co-founder of Brummer & Partners, which today is one of the leading European hedge funds. During his tenure, Per held various positions including CEO and CIO, and was most recently Chief Investment Officer and President of Carve Capital. In addition to Jofam, Per is also a board member of Vesper Group and Neudi & Co. He has a great interest in art and philanthropy and has through the Josefsson family foundation worked on promoting areas such as culture and discussion on societal issues.
More about Stefan
Stefan is as CEO responsible for the strategy of the business and ensuring the success of the company. He also works with investment opportunities and the day to day running of Jofam. Prior to joining the Jofam, Stefan spent 8 years as head of investor relations at Modern Times Group and Nordic Entertainment Group where he has deeply involved in the split and the transformation of both businesses. Stefan also has almost 20 years of investment banking experience working for both local and international banks such as Nordea and Deutsche Bank. Stefan is a constant learner and motivated by an intense curiosity to understand how things works and what the true value drivers are. Stefan is in his spare time a passionate sport fisher.
More about Carl
Carl is responsible for idea generation and ongoing evaluation of the existing portfolio. Prior of joining Jofam, Carl worked as a Portfolio Manager at Origo, a Swedish fund manager with a focus on Nordic small and mid-sized companies. Prior to this, Carl spent over a decade in New York where he worked as an Investment Analyst at Lucerne Capital and in the M&A department at Fredericks Michael & Co. Carl was a promising football player in his early days and still has a deep passion for the game. Carl currently serves as a board member of Babyland Online Nordic AB and Online Brands Nordic AB.
More about Bo
Bo is responsible for the portfolio strategy and the ongoing evaluation of the portfolio including risk analysis. He is also responsible for generation and research of new investment ideas with special focus on public equities. Bo joins the company from Brummer & Partners where he spent over 20 years and held various positions including Head of Equity Research and Portfolio Manager at the Zenit Fund and most recently cofounder, Portfolio Manager and Deputy CEO of Carve Capital. Bo has a deep interest for the financial markets and is one of the co-founders behind http://www.investingbythebooks.com/. He is in his spare time a passionate golf and tennis player.
More about Mårten
Mårten is an Investment Analyst at Jofam and a member of the Board of Directors at the Josefsson Foundation. In addition, Mårten also manages the art collection of Per and Lena Josefsson. He previously worked within sports and youth development at Fryshuset, a non-profit organization focused on societal change and positive development for children. Mårten studied at the Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences at university level and attended a sport oriented high school. His academic path reflects his deep passion for sports and team activities.
More about Katarina
Katarina is our CFO and responsible for the day-to-day accounting. Before joining the Jofam team, Katarina has worked many years as CFO in a variety of industries such as elevator maintenance, wholesale of lifting equipment, office cleaning and Norwegian tourism. In her spare time Katarina loves to be at sea or follow Sweden’s basketball teams around the world. A left over from her active years as a basketball player.
